APPLYING FOR A JOB
If a person is looking for a job he applies for a position by sending an application form (CV) to his future place of work. CV is an abbreviation for Latin «curriculum vitae» – a story of a person's background, education and working experience.
In the CV an applicant should give information about his background, education qualification (certificates, diplomas, degrees), his command of a foreign language, professional competence and working experience. He should explain why he wants this job and reasons why he is the right person for it.
