The approximate timing of class

Steps of the class Time (min)
Organizational part. Roll Call, reading the goals and objectives of the class, distribution of demonstration material
  Discussion the questions
  Break
  Watching videos and their discussion
  Experimental work
  Test
Summarizing the classroom work, assessment of competencies

Practical work

The task № 1. Study the blood-flow disorders and stages of leukocytes emigration at inflammation of frog’s mesentery (Konheim experiment)

Technique: Make the preparation of frog’s mesentery. Under a microscope observe blood circulation in micro vessels. Pay attention to vascular lumen, amount of capillaries, and speed of blood-flow. Mark leukocytes margination and leukocyte emigration. Explain the results.
