Practical work
The task № 1. | Study the blood-flow disorders and stages of leukocytes emigration at inflammation of frog’s mesentery (Konheim experiment) |
Technique: Make the preparation of frog’s mesentery. Under a microscope observe blood circulation in micro vessels. Pay attention to vascular lumen, amount of capillaries, and speed of blood-flow. Mark leukocytes margination and leukocyte emigration. Explain the results.
