Internal Campaigns relate to all marketing pushes associated with “in-house” or “internal” products, publications and services.
Select Campaign from the Main Input Menu.
Select the Item Type and Item Code from the drop-down menus. Notice, that the item codes are sorted into groups according to their location (Internal, Agora, Non-Agora). If you do not see the Item Code you need, use the Add/Edit links above the Item Code drop-down bar to enter the information.
Select whether the campaign will be “Normal” campaign (standard), “Cross-Sell” campaign (only containing offers for Cross-Sell items) and “Upsell” campaign (only containing offers for Upsell items).
When all relevant information has been entered, select Creat Campaign to save the new internal campaign information.
