Creating a Cross-Sell/Upsell Campaign

Cross-Sell and Upsell campaigns represent all “cross-sell” or “upsell” offers attached to a normal offer or promotion. These are first entered at the campaign level and then the offer level.

Create a campaign that will house all of the cross-sell or upsell offers for a particular item code.

Select Cross Sell or Upsell depending on the type of campaign and offers you will be entering.

Cross-Sell Offers: Any additional offer that, when chosen, will be added to the total price owed by the subscriber.

Upsell Offers: Any additional offer that, when chosen, replaces the purchase of the main or original offer by the subscriber.

Naming Convention Suggestion for Cross-Sell/Upsell Campaigns = [Pub] Cross Sells or [Pub] Upsells

When you have entered all necessary information, select Create Campaign to be taken to the Cross-Sell or Upsell offer entry screen.
