When entering HTML promotions, you have two options to select from for templates: Standard and Custom.
When entering a new campaign, you will automatically be taken through the offer/content workflow. If you wish to enter content separate from that workflow, select Content from the Main Input Menu.
Choose the item type, item code and offer name this content will attach to in IRIS (if entering the content as part of the IRIS workflow, these selections will already be chosen for you).
Select the Content Type you will be entering.
Choose the “Style” of the promotion you will be entering into IRIS and enter a Version Name. HTML promotions will give you the option to enter a Standard HTML promotion or to create a Custom HTML promotion.
Standard = basic functionality including the ability to add or upload background images or colors.
Custom = opens the complete page source for more flexibility.

After selecting your content type, enter the promotion information in the appropriate fields. Before saving, use the O WYSIWYG button to secure a placeholder (or placeholders) on the page. Every time an effort is created, IRIS will automatically insert the appropriate order form link in all the spaces you have designated as “placeholders”.

F = Full Promotion Placeholder
O = Order Form Placeholder
P = Promo Code Placeholder
E = Embed Code Inserter
After all content has been entered into the HTML Full Promotion template, select Create Content to save where you will be taken to the “Content Preview” page. From here, you can view the Content and (if you have input an Opium Promo Code in the offer) the Offer in new tabs.
