Copywriter Distribution

When entering full promotion content, the ability to select and distribute percentage of ownership is available just beneath the Version Name field.

Select the copywriter from the drop-down menu and attribute the appropriate percentage of ownership over the creative copy/version.

If you are adding multiple copywriters, ensure the allocation percentage totals 100%.

You may use the Add | Edit links above the copywriter drop-down field to enter new copywriters into the system or edit existing copywriter information.

Secondary Content

Internal & External Secondary Content: Any creative text, images or documents that are housed in IRIS and provide a link back to previously entered Primary Content. The process for entering both Internal and External content is identical.

Remember that a Full Promotion/Primary Content MUST be entered before adding secondary content to the system. Examples:
