Creating a Cross-Sell or Upsell Offer

Cross-Sell Offers: Any additional offer that, when chosen, will be added to the total price owed by the subscriber.

Upsell Offers: Any additional offer that, when chosen, replaces the purchase of the main or original offer.

After successfully creating a new cross-sell or upsell campaign you will be taken to the cross-sell or upsell offer screen automatically.

The item type, item code and campaign should already be selected for you. Complete the rest of the required information as it pertains to the cross-sell offer only and when finished select Create Offer.
