tired feeling;

headache; or

mild rash.

What other drugs will affect Amino-Opti-E (vitamin E)?

Tell your doctor about all medicines you use, and those you start or stop using during your treatment with vitamin E, especially:

cholestyramine;

mineral oil;

orlistat (alli, Xenical); or

warfarin (Coumadin, Jantoven).

This list is not complete. Other drugs may interact with vitamin E, including prescription and over-the-counter medicines, vitamins, and herbal products. Not all possible interactions are listed in this medication guide.

Applies to vitamin e: oral capsule, oral capsule liquid filled, oral liquid, oral powder for solution, oral solution, oral tablet, oral tablet chewable

In addition to its needed effects, some unwanted effects may be caused by vitamin e (the active ingredient contained in Amino-Opti-E). In the event that any of these side effects do occur, they may require medical attention.

If any of the following side effects occur while taking vitamin e, check with your doctor or nurse as soon as possible:

With doses greater than 400 Units a day and long-term use

Blurred vision

diarrhea

dizziness

headache

nausea or stomach cramps

unusual tiredness or weakness
