The robot does not move or has stopped moving up the side walls

 

This can happen for three reasons:

• The filter bag is full or clogged: it just needs to be cleaned.

• The ballast is needed to be adjusted

• Although the water looks clear, there are microscopic algae in your pool that cannot be seen with the naked eye, but they are deposited like a slippery coating on the side walls so that the robot cannot move upward. Shock with chlorine and lower the pH slightly. Do not leave the robot in the water during shock chlorination!

 

When launched, the robot does not move:

 

• Check if there is voltage in the socket to which you have connected the control unit.

Check if the buttons Cycle I or Cycle II were pressed.

If all this didn't help to solve the problem, contact your seller.

There is a defect or the robot has been damaged during operation. Unplug the cable from the plug-and-socket, wait at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Check if the cable is correctly connected to the control unit.

Check if the litter is obstructing the rotation of the brushes (or the litter is on the rotor). Empty the filter bag. Run the cleaning cycle again. If all this didn't help to solve the problem, contact your seller.

WARRANTY

 

We guarantee excellent quality of the material without no defects and manufacturing and compliance with the current level of today's market. The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the device, if the defect or damage is confirmed. The warranty does not apply in case of outside interference, except the work in the seller's service center. The warranty does not apply in case of a breakdown or damage of the device because of noncompliance of the manual in the attached instructions.

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

• Normal wear and tear on parts such as tracks, brushes, belt or filter bag

• Damage to the robot due to lightning strike or improper electrical connection

Damage due to strong vibration or rough handling (the robot, accessories, the cable)

• Repair or replacement under warranty cannot extend or renew the warranty

 

Warranty terms

The warranty period is set at 2 years from the date of purchase.

Warranty subject

During the specified warranty period, the manufacturer will replace or repair any part found to be defective or damaged. Repairs are paid by the manufacturer, and the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling costs.

The failure of the device or its decommissioning as a result of unauthorized repairs cannot be covered under the warranty.

Transport damage

The transport of devices is always at the buyer's risk. The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the device before the delivery. The company is not responsible in this case.
