My working day

Usually I get up at 7 o’clock in the morning. I do my morning exercises, wash and dress. Sometimes I oversleep, then I don’t do my morning exercises as I am short of time. At 7-30 I sit down to breakfast which normally consists of a cup of coffee or tea and a sandwich. At 8 o’clock I leave home and go to the University. It takes me 20 minutes to get there by bus.

The lessons begin at 8-30. I am never late for classes. As a rule our first lesson is English. We read texts, translate them and answer questions in English. Our teacher explains grammar rules to us and we do all sorts of exercises. Most of us like English very much and try hard to learn and speak it fluently.

At about 1 o’clock I generally have lunch at the students’ canteen. When our classes are over I go home. I come home about 5 o’clock. My mother, who comes home after work a little earlier, gets dinner ready. After dinner I have a rest listening to music or watching video. Then I get down to work again and do my homework. I never work late in the evening. At 11 o’clock I go to bed. It isn’t late, is it?
