Subject: Supplements to the International Load Line Certificate (1966) and Cargo Ship Safety Construction Certificate
The Secretary-General has the honour to transmit herewith the text of the attached communication by the Government of the Russian Federation regarding the issue of Supplements to the aforementioned Load Line and SOLAS certificates.
