Article 27. Responsibility for violation of the law of Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of national Security

Violations of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the field of national security punishable by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Article 28. Value of this Act with other
normative legal acts
The provisions of this Act are the basis for the development and adoption of legislative and other normative legal acts regulating specific areas and ways of ensuring national security.

Article 29. International treaties and national security

Not allowed to conclude international agreements:
1) could harm national security or lead to the loss of state independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) narrowing the scope of the sovereign rights of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
