The management bodies of a limited liability company

In the article the management bodies of a limited liability company. It is proved that on the correct choice of the structure of management bodies and define their jurisdiction depends, firstly, efficiency of governance, and, secondly, the main aim of its activities is making profit, which naturally concerns every member of society.

Keywords: the limited liability company, articles of association, managerial system,the General meeting of participants, the Board of Directors, management model.
