Problems of continuous education are discussed taking into account that a national educational system needs in reforming and modernization. Their success is determined through two factors combination of all interested subjects a state, non-commercial or­ganizations and associations, employers, parents, schoolchildren, representatives of edu­cational institutions, students and listners of system of professional and supplementary education and scientific reasons of contents of reforms.
