Bank (name of the Bank), hereinafter referred to as the "Bank", represented by Director General acting on the basis of the Articles of Association, on the one hand, and (first name, partonimic, last name), hereinafter referred to as the "Client", on the other hand, have concluded this Agreement as follows:

ZAO Raiffeisenbank Austria, hereinafter referred to as the "Bank", represented by____ acting pursuant to the power of attorney №____ dd. 05/10/200_, and Mr/Mrs________ (“Client”), herein collectively referred to as the "Parties", have concluded this Agreement ("Agreement") as follows:

1. Upon a written Application of the Client the Bank opens a current Account (hereinafter the "Account") №____ in RUB in the name of the Client and issues a  Card pursuant hereto.

(b)  Render the following sample contract clauses into English:
