CLIENT: Hello, I ordered a printer from you recently and I was sent the wrong one.

STEWART: I'm very sorry to hear that. There must have been a mix-up. It doesn't happen very often I can assure you. Could you tell me what your order number was?

CLIENT: No, but the invoice number was 961156.

STEWART: Thanks. I'll just check it out on the computer.
