An important condition for a healthy lifestyle and the way in which these systems are functional is training the team. When analyzing pedagogical literature, it has allowed to determine the necessity to comply with the relevant conditions in the process of healthy lifestyle formation.

Organization of psychosocial support in the process of health education, taking into account health protection; rational health of students; systematic organization of educational process. This can be done by structural units. They include: School Nursing School, Social Psychological Adaptation Services, Ecology, Physical Training, Sports Halls, Educational Humanities, Creative Labs, Methodological Associations of Teachers, etc. There must be good psychological conditions to achieve maximum results in maintaining and maintaining health. It means interaction between children and adults in school, friendship of children in a friendly atmosphere, personality in different creative activities, the ability to study and develop according to their psychophysiological peculiarities, atmosphere of creativity and beauty. As the primary activity of children in the school is a study, the success of learning is influenced by the well-being of the students in the school, and this is achieved by allowing them to develop according to their individual characteristics. In this regard, today's school faces the challenge of finding forms, methods and technologies that will help to effectively address the problem of child development and conservation. Implementing such a goal will only be effective when taking into account the educational potential of all school subjects.

Variety of activities of young people is realized in the period of education and non-study. Out-of-school pupils are generally considered outside classroom work. At the same time, extracurricular activities in pedagogical activity are targeted actions of students and teachers outside the learning process. Out-of-class educational work supplements and deepens the educational process. The primary outcome of extracurricular work is to create and deepen students' interest in different areas of knowledge and activities, identify and develop their talents and abilities, assist them in selecting a profession, and organize their leisure time.

Out-of-class work with students includes various educational and educational activities. They are organized outside of school with the help of self-government bodies and the leadership of the teaching staff. In this regard, it is possible to demonstrate the important principles of organization and implementation of out-of-class educational work outlined in the pedagogical literature

The main principle that determines the peculiarity of work with pupils during the lesson is the freedom to choose the form and orientation of classes. At the same time, there is a social aspect of any kind of activity, and the student is involved in the necessary and useful activities. Extracurricular work requires support for the initiative and individual action, which is very important at teenage age, because any action or measure is perceived as a voluntary act by the students, and therefore stimulates them to active social activity. Out-of-class work should not be based solely on entertainment, it should also be gambling, emotionality, romance, and beauty. The principle of universalism also plays an important role, that is, the generality of participants in different types of non-critical work. Implementation of the complex principle should be aimed at maximal solution of educational work of each event. When choosing content, organizational forms, and methods, the student's personality and personality are preserved.

The work of the classroom differs accordingly. It includes: physical education, labor, art-aesthetic, public-service activity, etc. There are many types of extra-curricular activities included in the form: collective (school evenings, conferences, competitions), group (clubs, sports organizations), individual work with pupils (extra-curricular learning, self-employment). The diversity of forms of extracurricular work is supplemented by the changing social conditions of school life and new methods. Their content and methodology is related to the popular TV program programs (Roundtale, Auction, What? Where? When?)

Different forms of educational work with students can be divided into three groups:

1) Forms of management and self-government in school life (meetings, classroom lessons, meetings);

2) Fumes of recognition (excursions, festivals, speeches, newspapers, thematic evenings);

3) cheerful forms (evenings, "cafés").

Nowadays, attention is drawn to the issue of personality development. The concept of "personal oriented education", "pupil-oriented learning" is supplemented with practical, organizational-pedagogical and psychological content: diagnostics of the level of intellectual, physical and emotional development, formation of specific tactics and strategy of education content and formation of specific features of behavior. In this regard, the classification of forms of out-of-class educational work is deeply investigated, depending on the number of participants. The individual, group and general forms of organization of the pedagogical process, on the one hand, provide the ability to calculate and organize the peculiarities of the pupil and, on the other hand, adaptation of all with the individual to social conditions.

The content and forms of extracurricular work are determined by the student's interests and needs. In class, the most common type of educational work is the classroom. The necessity of the appearance of this species is that the education of pupils is aesthetic, legal, and so on. the actions taken in the course of actions. The well-known teacher VA Sukhomlinski noted that the classroom leader should not only talk about the past, but also talk about predictable topics - health, family, and art. Thus, the content of extracurricular work is determined by a number of specific situations in the process of forming a healthy lifestyle of the adolescent, based on the principles of organizing this activity: freedom of choice, freedom of choice and implementation, age at the individual psychological peculiarities, collective requirements.
