Pedagogical reflection is a necessary component of educational work of the class leader

The goal of the class leader is not to create a plan that is a tool to improve the quality of his educational work. In school practice, the class leaders are drawn from different backgrounds of their plans. The educational plan of the class leader is a compulsory pedagogical document. The plan is purposefully and systematically influencing the normal development of students. In the absence of a plan, there are a lot of difficulties in the educational process.

She is a mirror of educational and educational work. It defines the work of the class leader and the team of students. During his acquaintance with his / her goals and objectives, there is a lack of educational level, quality, morality, interest and personality of pupils in a particular class. can be traced.

The plan is a product of collective labor. Class teacher is required to involve students in the planning of the educational work. In the event that a class teacher fails to communicate with pupils in the planning process at school, the plans for the curriculum may not be attractive to students, and the result is that a team of active and responsible students can not be established. In school conditions such a picture is long known.

At this point, it is impossible to drown out the child and solve everything for him. One of the symbols of discipline is solving the future of the child with him. This is pedagogical training. Each child has his or her own affection. Someone is interested in painting, the other is gambling, the third is sports, the fourth is a cultural event, and some are comfortable for organizing.

In such a situation, it is necessary to find such good qualities, and to involve them in educational work.

The plan is designed for half a year or quarter. The experienced class leader creates a quarterly, monthly, weekly plan. This will increase the flexibility and efficiency of the plan.
