Objectives and functions of education

Nursing is recognized in several facets of pedagogy:

- In pedagogical sense, it is a special activity organized to influence the pupil, the targeted process of shaping a person. The discipline must comply with public demands. If society creates a legitimate democratic state, then human education should be in the spirit of moral, civil law and norms of behavior. Bearing in mind the importance of the formation of universal values, it is important to remember that the social environment is influenced by both the occasional and the target. Contemporary education is based on humanistic approach and is based on the development of social and cultural aspects of life (choosing and implementing the life and activity), personality (personality formation), responsibility (values ​​selection). Such training is based on technological flexibility (in accordance with the perception of a person's perceptions and psychological development), conformity to moods (forming a mood), intercourse (not for propagation of another, but for constructing own experience) case), with a future orientation (intended for the person who is developing). So, upbringing is a social process in which the person's goal is to form a personality in the case of a specially organized educational system, which ensures the integration of the teacher and the student in the common tasks.

Let's look at the content structure of this definition:

The meaning of the "purpose of the socialization of a person" may be called upbringing only if the process is a specific purpose. The meaning of "social process" is a special kind of social activity that always brings about a positive change in a person. The meaning of "personality formation" is the management of upbringing, creating conditions for its implementation, organization of educational activities (rape and administrative influence). Formation consists of two interconnections: pedagogical activity and response of the pupil. The meaning of "specially organized educational system": why the system? Because no single method, approach, or project can be restricted in the process of practical action. The learning outcome will be effective if all of these are interconnected, complementary, and enhanced. The meaning of "interacting with the educator and the educator" is that the educational process should be based on the feedback, in the absence of the teacher's performance.

Through the integrated process of education, the pupils get acquainted with the proposed practice. Hence, the main task of the educator is to find ways to see the student see how to read and repeat what he read, and add them to his or her own studies so that he can re-create it as his own. So, education is the process of organizing different types of activities. In the theory of education, such a course has been called an act of personality. The essence of the matter is that the person chooses to be close to nature and interesting, from all social practices.

The main content units of the personality activity are as follows:

- managing the development of the person during action;

- personal development and socialization.

Educated in humanistic pedagogy is the process of effective cooperation between the educator and the educator.
