In school life the teacher is the main person. The school teacher not only teaches children, but also educates them. He is the organizer, educator, mentor-advisor of the students in a certain classroom. That is why she is dressed and responsible. Nevertheless, some teachers consider this task as an additional activity to the educational service, while others consider it to be a major pedagogical activity. However, even though the educational work of the clergyman has been dressed up, of course he needs the children. The reason is that the most important element in the school structure is the class. Here, students' cognitive activities are organized and their social relationships are shaped. Adaptation of children to the future social situation, issues related to their holidays, the degree of formation of the first collective, the positive mood of the class. The main goal of the class leader is to make the most effective use of schoolchildren as an active and conscious citizen of the society. Creating conditions for the full and harmonious development of each individual in the classroom, ensuring the formation of scientific knowledge, moral qualities, and love for work. Therefore, all content and educational activities of the work should be aimed at this purpose. Specific areas of education are: mental, moral, aesthetic, labor and physical education, patriotism, etc. Consideration of educational tasks in relation to the real life situations of the school and the class The task of the class leader is diverse. That is why

his educational work requires a very complex and extensive search for his psychological content.

What are the main tasks of the class teacher?

1. Examine the students' needs and interests in the classroom and explore the peculiarities of their identity.

2. Determine what classroom students are capable of, and organize them in a harmonious, active, conscious community.

3. Coordinate the educational impact of the classroom teachers and the school administration and parents' parents, and ensure the unity of pedagogical requirements for students.

4. Ensuring close interaction between schools, families and the public in the educational process.

5. Continuous communication with parents of pupils, conducting pedagogical studies, propagation works related to upbringing of children in the family.

6. Organization of educational work in various aspects of education of the classroom and beyond.

7. Ensuring unity of upbringing and self-education.

8. Ensuring the continuity, consistency, and uniformity of educational activities.

9. The main element of education is to consider national education as an important part of the class leader's activity, etc.

In recent years, some schools have been replaced by a "Class teacher" instead of a so-called "tutor teacher" who is engaged in education only because it is the first reason why today's social life the impact of major changes in all areas. They are widely influenced by corporate and personal treasures. In one case, these relationships make it hard for all its participants to compete with the subject, and in the second case, it allows a person to freely decide his fate in society and choose the ways of social issues. This approach requires a new perspective on the pedagogical process in the school. Only education not only in the field of education, but also among interesting projects between teachers and students, school administration and teaching staff, and their introduction in the pedagogical process. They are based on co-operation and equal partnership.

Secondly, the appearance of educational institutions and types of education: gymnasium, lyceum, etc. During this period pedagogical behavior of some classical educational institutions is changing. Accordingly, the content and nature of the head of the service is also changing:

- teacher, simultaneously serving as a clerk;

Senior teacher, subject teacher with less academic load;

- a supervisor, only a teacher engaged in educational work;

teacher educator (new service in some educational institutions).

When a teacher is appointed as a leader of a children's team and starts working, he / she performs his or her own activities in relation to the classroom staff and individual pupils.

Can be viewed in 3 directions.

1. Pedagogical, social and humanitarian. Its mission is to help the child in all possible ways: to create conditions for his socialization and development, to solve the actual problem of the child,

and to help them to live independently. Establish close contact with the child's family and other educational institutions.

2. Organizational activities. Organization of educational process. Building a conscientious, conscious, active and business classroom, supporting the children's wishes. Their cognitive, labor,

aesthetic behavior and organization of leisure and free communication. Development of class self-governance.

3.To manage students' overall performance. It may include functionality, planning, forecasting, or designing (designing), controlling, and correction (correction).
