Lecture №6 Pedagogical support in the process of educational work of the modern school

Pedagogical support is the mission of a teacher who portrays the humanistic paradigm of contemporary pedagogy.

Effective conditions of pedagogical support (atmosphere of interpersonal relations, style of communication, pedagogical ethics, etc.).

Methods and methods of teaching support.

 

The effectiveness of the educational process depends largely on the proper organization of pedagogical support. Such support today is as follows:

- Preventing actual interventions and providing realistic support to a person for his / her health and mental retardation, education, daily and career promotion;

- Pedagogical services aimed at ensuring the process of establishing personality traits;

- A specific type of integrated action aimed at overcoming the challenges of deviation from deviations;

- specifically targeting young people who are inclined to behave badly;

- leadership of the child;

- the problem of pedagogical support of the educational institution to its life principle;

- Strengthen the integration of teacher and student with a focus on learning and upbringing of children.

Pedagogical support is: (a) the abandonment of the child; b) often do not feel the need for pedagogical support, but to help and support the pupils who need them.

The subject of pedagogical support: creation of healthy psychological conditions; to create conditions for self-realization of the individual's capabilities; to overcome obstacles to preserving their dignity and dignity and achieving good results; Helping those who need help, not just to open their hands; capable of solving problems of pupil, which any educator is eager to find his place in life; high professional level of the educator.

Forms of pedagogical support - warm greetings; ability to listen, and, if necessary - advice; trust to the pupil; protection of his rights; the attitude of the educator to the child; seeing any student earnings, avoiding a favorable rating, and so forth.

Pedagogical support:

1) helping all the pupils to contribute to the formation of mutual respect, understanding and co-operation with their care and trust in them;

2) aimed at individuals and promotes development, knowledge acquisition, education, self-help, and diagnosis of changes in citizenship.

The content of pedagogical support for an individual includes the ways to overcome obstacles that can be avoided by the individual. Type of interference:

- subjective (personal) "I" - barriers: absence of the information necessary for self-decision (if the information becomes full, the barrier will be eliminated); the need for additional work of the person (help and reach the incentive); disadvantages (physical, mental, intercourse) that can affect a person; lack of knowledge and experience;

- Objective (social) "They" - barriers: (social environment - teachers, administrators, friends, family members, families, etc.).

- material barriers (family financial situation, etc.).

Methods of teaching

The choice of educational methods is one of the most serious problems.

The choice and use of educational methods during the professional activities of a tutor depends on many existing conditions and opportunities. Such conditions include: intentional goals and objectives; age and personality traits of pupils; the moment of education; Students' interests and needs; social conditions surrounding them; the level of formation of the participant group; expected results; the tutor's own capabilities.

There must be a humanistic relationship between the educator and the pupil on the basis of the choice of the method of education. The effectiveness of the methods used depends on the following: the selected method is accurate and accurate; ability to perceive the psychological state of pupils at the time of application of the method; the use of different educational methods of coordination; supplement the chosen method with educational measures; to use each method as soon as possible to reach the logical result.

By choosing the method of education, the educator should strive to use each of his pupils to realize their creativity, to show personality creativity, to look for sources of income, to predict results, and to give full opportunity to the intended purpose.
