The main task of the classroom teacher in the educational work is to educate the students in accordance with the requirements of the community. This task, usually begins with the disassembly of the team of students. Students collective is a stable community of learners with a common purpose and cohesive co-operation. Characteristics of the students' collective: targeting, unity, activity, dedication, responsibility etc. When planning the educational work, the class leader should remember that his main focus is to create a friendly, business-friendly team of children. It is impossible to fulfill the tasks facing the school until the organizing of the student collective's life. The importance of educating the team of students is that they come across different teams after they leave the school. Therefore, their classroom and school collective,

A good relationship between classroom learners - a constant commitment to building trust and respect for each other. Proper relationships bring up the dimension of the assessment of the phenomena of the phenomenon and the attitude of truth, goodness, and beauty. So, only true business, friendship, and just human relationships will give people the opportunity to develop themselves. For this purpose, it is necessary to create favorable conditions for the person. In the educational process, such a situation can be achieved mostly in friendly relations between the student's peers. This group of children can be called collective of students.

The idea of ​​educating children in collective and teamwork in pedagogical science dates from 1920 to 1930, and today it is fully studied and implemented in school practice. FOOD. Each member of the team is a "tool to influence the person". Thus, the educational activities of the collective will solve a wide range of issues: the common goal of cohesion and the future of cooperation; interacting with each of its components (maintaining an active link to do so; high morals "and universal human and cultural values; allowing some of its members to become self-sufficient, providing a positive balance in the team, etc. The collective is a Latin term. It tells us different concepts: the gathered people, the assembly, the group, the community, etc. By the staff of the pupils there is a unique character. Specifically:

1. Availability of a socially significant orbital purpose. The goal is in any group.

2. Interaction in action Children interact in the common goal. For this purpose, each of its members must actively participate in joint activities

3. Responsibility for interaction. That is, in the process of interaction, each member of his / her team is required to be responsible. Accordingly, each member of the team is expected to have a special relationship

presence of a common point of view on a particular issue in the mood, in the moral sphere, in the exchange of views.

4. Availability of a publicly elected management organization. There is a democratic relationship in the team. Accordingly, a certain management organization will be established. It forms the basis of direct and extraordinary elections.

The team of the school staff is the most stable team in the structure. On the basis of this the students are trained on basic training. Only in the classroom, the relationship between the students and the relationships develops and develops strongly. As a part of the project, the staff of the school will be laid. So, the team of pupils is a group of students who have the same common and mutual responsibility, with all the members' rights and responsibilities, who are united by common social goals, actively cooperating and having a common electoral organization. It is important to create a team of students, to provide them with quality education and conscious behavior. There is no quality education where there is no reasonable discipline. These are closely interconnected. Conscious order is a discipline. It is connected with the purpose of my community. Consistent with the order of the discipline - the purpose of society, the interests of the individual, the students

Ability to comply with the collective's interests. The class leader relies on the group of activists in enabling students to take action in the educational process. This is an important second step in the classroom management team work. Classroom activists are classmates in the same case, and a group of children who are able to perform tasks in the second case. They are the team. Educational work of the class teacher is complicated, complicated and versatile. Therefore, it is desirable that the pupils themselves, and even their activists, fulfill this responsibility. In this case, the class teacher needs in-depth knowledge and skill. The skill of the clerk leader is the knowledge and ability of the student community to set an ambitious goal, to become a collective actor and to organize it.

If the classroom activists are stronger, it will be easier for the class teacher to organize the educational work.
