To people you know well, you can end with: All the best or even just: Best

A LETTER OF ENQUIRY is written to obtain information or to make a request. A direct inquiry asks a company about its products or services.

A LETTER OF COMPLAINT/CLAIM LETTER is written, so that the seller of goods and services will know that something has gone wrong and will take steps to correct the situation.

AN ORDER is a common form of: correspondence for obtaining equipment,
services and supplies. You must give specific, detailed information
in the order letter.

INVITATION. There are many occasions on which invitations should be issued: to visitors from the other firms, for large official banquets and for informal staff meetings, to mention only a few.
