TASK 78. Translate the sample contract clauses below into Russian:
The Seller shall give a warranty herewith on the devices’ operational safety within 12 (twelve) months upon their acceptance. Should within the warranty period, provided all the aforesaid conditions observed, the devices may turn faulty or inadequate in terms of their compliance with the specifications hereof, the Buyer shall be entitled to a warranty claim for the said devices replacement.
Trouble-shooting [устранение дефектов] and replacement of the devices identified as defective shall be exercized at the Seller’s own expense. In case of trouble-shooting or warranty return with the view of the devices replacement, the devices’ warrantable life shall be extended for the period equalling duration of their inoperability caused by spotted in-service malfunctioning [вследствие обнаруженного эксплуатационного дефекта].
The warranty policy shall not hold the Seller liable for the warranty return and replacement of the devices in the event of any mechanical damage that may occur. All transport and other costs associated with the return and replacement of malfunctioning devices both on the territory of the Buyer’s country, the transit country, and the Seller’s country shall be paid by the Seller.

ГАРАНТИИ
Настоящим Продавец гарантирует нормальную работуприборов в течение 12 (двенадцати) месяцев с момента их приемки. Если в течение гарантийного срока при соблюдении перечисленных условий приборы окажутся дефектными или несоответствующими условиям настоящего Договора, Покупатель имеет право на устранение дефектов и замену дефектных приборов за счет Продавца.

Все транспортные и прочие расходы, связанные с возвратом и заменой дефектных приборов несет Продавец.
В случае устранения дефектов либо рекламационного возврата приборов для их замены сроки гарантии продлеваются на время, в течение которого приборы не использовались вследствие обнаруженного дефекта.
